7-Day Return Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from the date you receive it for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply contact us at info.subumi@gmail.com with your order details. We’ll provide instructions and guide you through the process. Returns must be sent to:

Please note: Returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is authorized, we’ll send you a return shipping label and simple instructions on how to return the item. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at info.subumi@gmail.com. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, including:
* Custom-made or personalized products
* Used or damaged products
* Products with missing parts (items missing parts cannot be returned)
